Randy's diverse 30+ year work experience has ranged from Global Fortune 500 to mid-size regional service companies. His experience has given him a unique perspective and sensitivity to work/life balance. Randy's passions include developing others and helping them recognize their potential, and acknowledging human capital as a valuable asset.

In addition to work experience, Randy has served on many Board/Officer/Director volunteer positions with numerous community, church, and industry associations, which has enhanced his knowledge of group and personal dynamics as well as the various issues that face such organizations and their staff.

When Randy is not coaching, he serves as CEO and President of TMMG, Inc. located in High Point, North Carolina, where he manages the development of innovative tools and methodologies, and the production of new programs. TMMG, Inc. is dedicated to assisting individuals reach performance optimization and a better work/life balance.
